"When the decision is made to out source security it is usually made for reasons of finance.
It is however sometimes thought that contract security can be of a lower standard than 'in-house' and there are many reasons for this.
However we believe that many of these fears can be eliminated by a simple tried and tested method.
It must be said from the outset that we as a company do not have Security Officers in abundance just waiting for a position to arrive, although we do have relief officers employed to commence new contracts in a 'holding' capacity.

Quite simply, our method is to employ specific Security Officers for the needs required. A team will be assembled (dependent upon requirements) and assigned to a fixed shift pattern. Pay dates are depicted within their employee starter pack and he/she will not be assigned to any other location thus giving the team a feeling of belonging and the client a reassurance of stability and confidence.
In short making your 'out sourced team ' as 'in-house' as possible."

"Regular client contact is something I consider to be of the utmost importance in the smooth running of any contract.
Interviewing and vetting of all new staff is personally overseen by myself and after consultation with our Company Personnel Officer I will then decide who is best suited for the position we are looking to fill based on our clients requirements.
I shall further personally oversee and instruct our Supervisors of the responsibilities and duties required of the officers assigned to any contract.

This is successfully acquired by specific written site instructions tailored to individual client requirements, and a necessary part of our company BS EN ISO 9002 certification.
Further to this it is strongly suggested that clients take advantage of regular monthly management meetings. This free service affords you and I the opportunity of discussing any situations which may occur during the course of your contract."
